Eau Claire may be a relatively small town, but regardless we have all types of venues in the area. From barns to golf courses, to the woodland escapes, here are some of the most incredible spots to get married (in no particular order)!
Dixon’s Apple Orchard
I shot my very first wedding ever at Dixon’s Apple Orchard so I had to include it first on the list. One of the best parts about Dixon’s is the variety it offers with its three different ceremony locations. Ceremony locations include a woodland wonderland, waterfront pond location or the option to get married amongst the apple trees. Lake Wissota Golf & Events
Lake Wissota Event Center offers stunning views of the shores of Lake Wissota as a backdrop for the ceremony location. There are absolutely gorgeous photo locations throughout the property and altogether the catering and staff is incredible! Also, I love the wrap around white porch! The Legacy Barn
The Legacy Barn is one of the event spaces at Emerald Ridge Weddings, located in Menomonie, Wi. The reception area is a large, elegant white space. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor spaces and the laid back, fun vibe is a beautiful balance with the gorgeous space.
Lilydale
Lilydale Event Venue is located just outside of Eau Claire in Chippewa Falls, WI. This venue offers country charm with modern, elegant amenities. Additionally, there is a gorgeous getting ready space and a beautiful outdoor ceremony spot.
White’s Wildwood Retreat
White’s Wildwood Retreat is a unique event space located in Chippewa Falls, WI. Unlike many other venues, White’s provides onsite accommodations in their lodge and large wood cabin. The entire space is nestled in the woods and is very private. (P.S. – I got married at White’s Wildwood Retreat in 2017!)
The Enchanted Barn
The Enchanted Barn is in Hillsdale, WI. Nonetheless, I still count it as a top wedding venue in Eau Claire even though it’s a little bit further away. The space is a beautiful balance of rustic charm and elegance. The barn itself is amazing, but I’m in love with the gentle, rolling hills that surround the venue.
River Prairie Center
River Prairie Center is conveniently located in Altoona, WI. In the heart of this recently developed area, it provides easy access to nearby restaurants, bars and hotels. Additionally, it is right near the river which makes a stunning backdrop for photos along the bountiful walking paths.
The Barn on Stoney Hill
The Barn on Stoney Hill is located in Cornell, WI. The venue itself is large and provides conveniences such as allowing outside catering and alcohol. Inside the building offers beautiful, tall ceilings and the owners are approachable and extremely helpful.
